Job Title: Applications Engineer & Business Development Job Purpose: To provide engineering support to sales, manufacturing, and customers to provide the best possible solutions for new and existing opportunities. Key Responsibilities: •Applications Engineer •Provide pre-sales technical assistance •Research and build relationships with new clients. Work with customers on solutions to new projects •Specify solutions working from customer specs •Support sales and engineering team to grow existing customer base •Maintain documents and records •Provide customer service support in house as well as at customer locations •Provide technical assistance to manufacturing as needed •Provide maintenance and training for equipment and procedures, writing of procedures as needed •Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. •Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. •Identify opportunities for services and distribution that will lead to an increase in sales. Cold call as appropriate to grow a pipeline of opportunities. •Identify business opportunities and develop a pipeline of new business. •Build key customer relationships. •Support inside sales as needed. •Possible website support and assist with technical support for advertising, e-commerce experience a plus. Ideal candidate will be/have: •Experience with Servo Drive system and specifications as it relates to electric motor performance. •Proficient with brushed and brushless servo motors •Proficient with servo motor controls and drives •Experienced with encoders, hall assemblies, and other feedback devices •Experienced with gearboxes, brakes, etc. •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) •Excellent organizational skills •Experienced with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, Excel and Word •Comfortable in front of customers Provide after sales support services •Education (BA Electrical Engineering) •2 to 5 years’ experience

Job Title: Technical Sales & Business Development Job Purpose: To improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. Key Responsibilities: •Prospect for potential new clients. •Research and build relationships with new clients. •Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. •Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. •Develop new services, products and distribution channels. •Identify opportunities for services and distribution that will lead to an increase in sales. •Increase sales through distribution or resale. •Develop a pipeline of new business. •Cold call as appropriate to grow a pipeline of opportunities. •Attend Industry functions and provide feedback and information on industry trends as needed. •Build key customer relationships. •Identify business opportunities. •Explore and develop e-commerce opportunities. •Website enhancement, development, and support. •Support inside sales as needed. Ideal candidate will have: •Bachelor’s degree. •Sales and marketing experience. •Technical knowledge of servo motor, controls, and drives. •Proficient with brushed and brushless servo motors. •Proficient with servo motor controls and drives. •Experienced with encoders and gearboxes. •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). •Comfortable in front of customers. •Knowledge of website maintenance.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Lead Job Purpose: Affectively ship and receive all Magmotor products to meet all due dates required. Using Magmotor’s material management program (Vantage) to help ensure all products are tracked and accounted for on a daily basis. Also involved with job picking and staging for the production team. Some General facility and property maintenance may be required. Key Responsibilities: •Prepare all shipping and receiving documents. •Ensure all shipments are on time. •Ensure all shipments are completed correctly with proper documents. •Complete a Due Diligence form and verify all international shipments. •Complete shipping quotes for the sales department. •Notify the purchasing department when needing shipping supplies. •Tag and place all parts in the proper locations. •Determine and create part storage locations. •Receive and document all products into Magmotor’s Vantage program. •Unpack all incoming products and move them to the proper locations. •Box all finished goods. •Use of UPS WorldShip, FedEx, DHL, and any other Freight company web-based shipment module. •Job picking and staging. •Oversee quarterly cycle counts and annual inventory. •Assist with e-commerce platforms. •Assist the purchasing department. •Use of pallet jacks and forklifts. •General materials delivery and pick up as needed. •General building maintenance as needed. •General assembly when required. •General cleaning of the facility and yard as needed. Requirements: •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods of time. •Must have a valid driver’s license. •Must be reliable and dependable. •Must have computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Windows programs. •Can effectively multi-task. •Be a Team player with a team approach attitude. •Positive can-do attitude. •Excellent attention to detail. •Takes ownership of the work area. •Must be clean and organized. •Must have good communication skills in person, over the phone, and email. •ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
