Job Title: QC Technician / Manufacturing Assistant Location: Worcester MA Company: Magmotor Technologies Inc. Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Production Manager Key Responsibilities •Inspect incoming and outgoing materials/products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) •Perform in-process inspections based on manufacturing drawings, procedures, and MRP system specifications •Complete and maintain all quality documentation, including inspection forms, in-process sheets, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and Certificates of Conformance •Maintain calibration records and ensure all measuring equipment is within spec •Input and manage data across quality logs, including test logs, NCR logs, and RMA logs •Own the process of maintaining ISO 9001 certification by ensuring procedural adherence, facilitating audits, and driving corrective actions as needed. •Own the end-to-end process for MRB meetings, including scheduling, documentation, follow-ups, and driving resolution of non-conformances. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality, services, and processes •Assist manufacturing operations when needed, ensuring smooth production flow •Maintain accurate production and inspection records •Perform other duties as required Qualifications & Skills •Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance •Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments •Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, and MRP/ERP systems) •Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical documents •Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills •Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity •Clear written and verbal communication skills •Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and support company goals •Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication. •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Job Title: Technical Sales & Business Development Job Purpose: To improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. Key Responsibilities: •Prospect for potential new clients. •Research and build relationships with new clients. •Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. •Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. •Develop new services, products and distribution channels. •Identify opportunities for services and distribution that will lead to an increase in sales. •Increase sales through distribution or resale. •Develop a pipeline of new business. •Cold call as appropriate to grow a pipeline of opportunities. •Attend Industry functions and provide feedback and information on industry trends as needed. •Build key customer relationships. •Identify business opportunities. •Explore and develop e-commerce opportunities. •Website enhancement, development, and support. •Support inside sales as needed. Ideal candidate will have: •Bachelor’s degree. •Sales and marketing experience. •Technical knowledge of servo motor, controls, and drives. •Proficient with brushed and brushless servo motors. •Proficient with servo motor controls and drives. •Experienced with encoders and gearboxes. •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). •Comfortable in front of customers. •Knowledge of website maintenance.
